  • Strong sales negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication abilities
  • Superior listening and customer service expertise
  • Proficient with computers and basic math
  • Strong phone skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Persistent and able to embrace challenges
  • Experience in collision damage estimating is required
  • NYS Independent Adjuster’s license preferred
